Minera Camargo S.A. de C.V.Corporate Administration Services |
Corporate AdministrationMost mining companies operating in Mexico prefer that their mineral titles are held in a Mexican corporation that can be 100% owned by the parent company (usually the parent has access to the venture capital markets). This structure allows the Mexican subsidiary to directly fund the exploration and development work on the property. The accounting is then transparent to the Dirección General de Minas (DGM), who requires that minimum expenditures are made annually to maintain the mineral rights. The DGM has the right to audit stated expenditures. Minera Camargo manages the Mexican subsidaries for RNC Gold Inc. (Minera Tango S.A. de C.V.) and International Croesus Ventures Corp. (Minera Croesus S.A. de C.V.).
